I offer a variety of class offerings in both group and private settings. I am currently teaching on Zoom. My classes and workshops are available to the greater community, corporate groups, and other organizations who are looking to begin or deepen their meditation practice. I also offer private sessions for those who are looking for personal guidance. Whether you experience my teaching in a group or private setting, you will leave your session feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and ready to take charge of your meditation practice.
